Return & Refund Policy for ForestSpices.in

Thank you for shopping at ForestSpices.in. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:

You have 3 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Return Process:

1. To initiate a return, please email us at contactus@forestspices.in. Provide your order number, the details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Once we receive your email, we will provide you with instructions on where to send the returned product. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
3. We strongly recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at contactus@forestspices.in and send your item to the address we provide.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
